The Backrooms game isn’t just about walking. You'll need to find clues, solve puzzles, and avoid hostile entities. Some versions have a sanity meter — stay in the dark too long, and your mind starts to slip. Other games introduce creatures known as “ Backrooms hounds,” “smilers,” or “facelings,” each with different behaviors.
