The Manager, Distribution Enablement & Analytics will play a critical role in supporting GQG’s Global Distribution team by optimizing sales processes, managing delivery of complex reports and analyses, and ensuring the effective deployment of sales resources. This individual will be responsible for improving sales productivity and efficiency, as well as providing insights that contribute to strategic decision-making. Responsibilities extend to the administration of sales commission plans and regulatory filing obligations. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and within a small team structure which has significant reach across the organization.
