Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods and materials.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process.
- Assist in managing inventory and stock levels.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is preferred.
